How much does it cost to send/receive a box of books?

Families pay cash upon delivery for their box of library books. The cost depends on the size and weight of the parcel. This page on the Japan Post website gives an idea of the price range if you look under your prefecture. Most boxes that we mail out tend to be in the 80-100 size range. Parcel size is the width + height + length (in centimeters).

If you live within commuting distance to CAJ, you may of course pick up your books in person. Just let us know if you plan on coming to campus and we'll have your requested books ready for pickup.
